Client intake responses: Retained for the duration of our service relationship and up to 3 years thereafter
Payment records: Retained for 7 years minimum for tax and legal compliance

You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

Children’s Privacy

GAIL’s services are designed for professional adults and business clients. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
