Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, submitting an intake form, purchasing services, or receiving any deliverable from Global AI Leaders™ (GAIL), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all clients, prospective clients, website visitors, and anyone interacting with GAIL’s services, website, or communications.

Who We Are

Intelligence documents are generated using artificial intelligence with human review. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. GAIL is not liable for decisions made based on document recommendations.

You complete GAIL’s intake form providing information about your professional situation, goals, friction areas, and capacity
GAIL processes your intake responses using AI to generate a personalized intelligence document
Every document undergoes human review before delivery
Your completed document is delivered to your provided email address
GAIL follows up on your outcomes and satisfaction

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is as stated on the applicable service page at time of purchase. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on intake complexity. You will be notified if delivery will be delayed beyond the stated timeframe.

Document Quality Standards

Every document is reviewed by a human before delivery
Documents are personalized based on your specific intake responses
One complimentary revision is included if the document does not accurately reflect your intake responses
Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of document delivery

4. AI Disclosure and Transparency

AI Use in Service Delivery

GAIL uses artificial intelligence in the generation of all intelligence documents. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

AI is used to analyze your intake responses and generate personalized content
Every AI-generated document undergoes mandatory human review before delivery
AI-generated content reflects patterns and insights based solely on information you provide
Your data is not used to train AI models without your explicit written consent

Human Review Guarantee

GAIL guarantees that no intelligence document will be delivered to a client without prior human review and approval. This is a core commitment of our service quality standards.

AI Limitations

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions, AI analysis is based solely on information provided in your intake form, and human review mitigates but does not eliminate all potential AI errors.

5. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your intake form. Providing false or misleading information voids refund eligibility. GAIL is not responsible for document quality resulting from inaccurate intake responses.

Permitted Uses

Your intelligence document is licensed for your personal and professional use. You MAY:

Use your document for personal professional development and decision-making
Share your document with your own team, employees, or advisors
Implement recommendations and strategies in your own business or career
Share your experience with GAIL’s services on social media or professional profiles

Prohibited Uses

You MAY NOT:

Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute your intelligence document
Present GAIL’s document as your own original work or creation
Use document content to create competing AI transformation services
Use GAIL’s services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer GAIL’s AI processes or methodologies
Submit false intake information to manipulate document generation

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The following are the exclusive intellectual property of Global AI Leaders™: our AI transformation methodology, intake form structure, document templates, website content, branding, and the Global AI Leaders™ name and trademark.

Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use your document. GAIL retains ownership of the underlying methodology and processes. GAIL will never share your specific document or intake responses with third parties.

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. GAIL does not store payment card information. Payment is required in full before document generation begins. All prices are in USD.

Current pricing is displayed on our website at time of purchase. Prices are subject to change for new purchases. Existing purchases are honored at the price paid.

8. Refund and Satisfaction Policy

Revision Policy

Every intelligence document includes one complimentary revision if the document does not accurately reflect your intake responses, key information was not addressed, or content contains factual errors based on what you provided. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of document delivery to support@globalaileaders.ai.

Refund Eligibility

Refund considerations are available within 7 days of document delivery for: document not delivered within stated timeframe, document content entirely unrelated to your intake, technical error resulting in delivery of incorrect document, or duplicate charge.

Not Eligible for Refund

Dissatisfaction with recommendations that accurately reflect your intake
Change of mind after document delivery
Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery
Documents where revision was offered and declined

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is protected under our comprehensive Privacy Policy available at globalaileaders.ai/privacy-policy. We collect your name, email, intake responses, and basic website data. Your data is used solely to generate and deliver your document and follow up on your satisfaction. We do not sell, share, or trade your personal information.

10. Communications

By purchasing GAIL services, you consent to receive transactional communications including order confirmations, document delivery notifications, and important service updates. Marketing communications require separate explicit consent. SMS communications require separate explicit opt-in consent.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAIL’s services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. GAIL expressly disclaims any guarantee of specific business, career, financial, or personal outcomes.

GAIL’s total liability for any and all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. GAIL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global AI Leaders™ from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of GAIL’s services, false information provided in your intake form, or violation of applicable laws.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact GAIL at support@globalaileaders. to attempt informal resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against GAIL.

14. Account and Service Termination

GAIL may terminate services immediately for violation of these Terms, false or fraudulent information, abusive behavior, or payment fraud. You may cancel services at any time by contacting support@globalaileaders.ai. Cancellation terms depend on the stage of service delivery.

15. Compliance and Regulatory Information

GAIL operates in full compliance with Maryland state laws including the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act (MODPA), Maryland Consumer Protection Act, and federal requirements including FTC Guidelines, CAN-SPAM Act, and TCPA.

16. Modifications to Terms

GAIL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of GAIL services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

17. General Legal Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and AI Disclosure Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and GAIL. If any provision is found unenforceable, all other provisions remain in full force. GAIL’s failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
